Planning a Fundraising Activity?

We are honored to be contacted so often by passionate members of our community wanting to organize an event or promotion benefiting breast cancer awareness and research. The West Virginia Affiliate of Komen® partners with others because it benefits both parties in terms of public awareness.

We want to make this process as simple as possible. In order for us to give each event and/or promotion request its due attention, we ask that you first read through the Guidelines available to assist you in planning your event or promotion. If after you’ve read the guidelines, you are interested in entering into an agreement with the Komen West Virginia Affiliate, please fill out the Relationship Proposal Form online. If you decide that the size of your event does not warrant the effort to follow these guidelines, there are two other ways to support Komen:

Option 1:  You may want to consider not using the Komen name/logo and instead making a general statement that the funds raised will go to a local breast health organization or breast cancer research and support. We would be honored to receive funds raised and would give public recognition for your donation.

Option 2:  Rally for the Cure® has expanded their well-established golf program to other events.  You can now plan a Rally for the Cure® program for sporting events like tennis, dinner events such as wine-tasting or group/club activities such as a bridge or book clubs.  Click here to learn how you can become a Rally Ambassador.

Multiscope’s mission is simple: Serve our clients, employees, communities and families as we would want to be served.  With this principle in mind we developed our “Toner4Charities” program.  We partner with select local organizations where we can provide the greatest impact.

Our “Toner4Charities” giving program provides $1.00 from each toner cartridge purchased to the charity selected by the buyer.

These are items every business and most homes are currently purchasing and at a higher cost.  We provide online ordering, lower costs while donating a portion of proceeds to the charity you choose.

By simply adjusting how you order the items you already use, can make a substantial difference in the lives of others.

How Does It Work?

  1. Order your company’s ink and toner through Multiscope and proceeds are directed to Charity chosen by the company or individual ordering.
  2. Free shipping throughout the U.S.
  3. Set up a Managed Print Service (MPS) and get a fixed price per print or copy on all Desktop Printers.
  4. Become a non-profit partner and introduce “Toner4Charities”  to corporate sponsors and promote at fund raising events as additional means to develop resources.
